Young people - support getting a job

We help young people aged 14-24 with several projects offering advice and support with education, training or a job.

Future Links

Our Future Links course is designed specially for young people not in employment, education or training. It's been running for several years and very good outcomes have been achieved with participants moving into work, training, or college.It’s ten weeks long and completely free for 16-19 year olds.

Talent Match - London

Talent Match LogoThe EastSideLinks Youth Board presents a new and exciting employability programmed for young people (18-24 years old) residing in Newham and Barking and Dagenham – A programme designed by young people. It gives young people the power to steer their life into Careers, not jobs. ( #careersnotjobs).

Talent Match London funded by The Big Lottery supports those young people facing the biggest barriers to gaining sustainable work. Its unique touch is the Talent Match “Journey of Change” and the Youth Boards allowing young people’s voices be heard.

We offer employability skills as well as personalised one-to-one support. Talent Match London has been designed to provide not only the skills, but the confidence, resilience, networks, and the sustained backing that young people might need as they set out to grab every fulfilling opportunity.
