Get Involved

With fundraising events, corporate partnerships, volunteering opportunities and supporter tours there's a way for everyone to get involved with Community Links. Why not make Community Links your local partner of choice. We have over 30 years experience of working in partnership with a range of companies and have the commitment, energy and expertise to make any initiative a success.

As a company, you can help us by donating money, gifts in kind, people and expertise.

Many of our partnerships are integrated, comprising an element of grant funding for our projects, employee volunteering and fundraising.

Benefitting your business

A partnership with Community Links will bring a diverse number of exciting benefits to your business:

  • Opportunity to support a diverse range of projects, leaving a lasting legacy for local people in one of the Olympic boroughs
  • Opportunities to visit and see our work in action - we are just a stone's throw away from Canary Wharf, the City and Central London
  • Endless opportunities to engage staff through our employee volunteering and corporate events programme.
  • Support with staff fundraising. To make life easier for you, we can offer an A-Z list of fundraising ideas to inspire you along with a suggested calendar of events tailored to suit your company culture.
  • Access to inspirational updates on our work through our newsletter
  • Opportunities for positive local PR.
  • Belonging to an exciting network of companies and individuals.

Having a positive impact on the communities in which we do business and where our employees live and work forms the core of our International Community Affairs Strategy and our partnership with Community Links enables us to do so at many levels. Our support for their new Future Links programme, which provides intensive support to young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), meets our objective of supporting workforce development. Furthermore hundreds of employees at different levels across the Company have got behind the partnership, using their paid volunteering days to support a wide range of projects – from running CV workshops and Business Days for unemployed young people to hosting Christmas parties at Community Links’ children’s centres. Many have gone that extra mile and fundraised for Community Links too, taking part in their programme of Challenge events along with planning their own activities. The fact that Community Links is just a few miles down the road from our London offices and the wide variety of their projects means it’s easy for employees to get involved with a charity that engages and inspires them.”
